To enter, either: 1) Download the Itaú Global Wallet app and complete the activation process (if you have already done so, you get one entry), or 2) Load a minimum of USD$100 to the Itaú Global Wallet, or 3) Use your Itaú Global Wallet to make any purchase, or 4) Use the Itaú Global Wallet Account Centre to exchange currencies. Full Terms and Conditions

1. This Promotion is only open to individuals who are 18 years and older, are existing Itaú Private Bank clients, and have been invited by Itaú to open an Itaú Global Wallet Account. Current Employees of Itaú or the Promoter, their agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion, are excluded.
2. Purchase and internet access are required to enter this Promotion.
3. Promotion Period: Enter between 00:01 CET on February 1, 2023 and 23:59 CET February 28, 2023, inclusive.
4. To Enter: There are four ways to enter in this Promotion. Multiple entries are explained below:
• Have a fully activated Itaú Global Wallet Account with the full customer verification process. You will receive one entry.

OR

• Load at least USD $100 on your Global Wallet Account. You will receive 1 entry per each multiple of $100 loaded during the Promotion Period, regardless of whether you load once or multiple times. (For example, if you make a one-time load of $990 during the Promotion Period, you will receive 9 entries. Similarly, if you make 4 loads during the Promotion Period for a combined total of $990, you will also receive 9 entries.)

OR

• • Perform any purchase via your Itaú Global Wallet Account within the Promotion Period. You will receive one entry per purchase performed during the Promotion Period.

OR

• • Use the Itaú Global Wallet Account Centre in the app or the website to exchange currencies between the Currency Wallets. You will receive one entry per exchange transaction performed during the Promotion Period.

Multiple entries are permitted per person during the Promotion Period. However, a person is limited to only one Itaú Global Wallet Account.

1. The Prizes: 2 winners will each win 2 tickets to the 2023 Miami Open, session 3, on 22^nd of March (https://www.miamiopen.com/).
2. Further Prize Details and Conditions:
• The prize is for two winners, each to receive one pair of tickets only.
• Once tickets have been issued, they are only valid for the event/games shown. No alternatives, changes, exchanges, or refunds are available.
• The Prize winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes that apply to the acceptance and fulfilment of the Prize.
• For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include: flights to/from Miami, transportation or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that is not otherwise explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter, Itaú, nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
• The winner will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the organisers of the 2023 Miami Open or any of its matches are delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled.
3. Winner Selection: 2 winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The prize draw will be conducted by Promoter within 5 working days after the end of the Promotion Period.
4. Winner Notification: The two winners will be contacted via the e-mail address and cell phone provided upon the activation of the Itaú Global Wallet within 1 working day of Winner Selection and each winner will be required to respond to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the Prize, within 5 working days of initial contact. In the event that the winner does not respond to the initial contact within 5 working days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner. If the winner is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve winner selected in the same manner. Reserve winner may have less time to respond. Promoter will coordinate delivery or ticket with the winners.
5. Moderation: The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries which, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter, are in breach of the Terms and Conditions.
6. For residents of the United Kingdom: Provided no objection is received, the surname and county of residence of the winner will be made available by the Promoter for a period of 8 weeks. The winner may object to their surname or county of residence being published or request the information being published to be reduced by emailing miamiopen@itauglobalwallet.com with “Miami Open Promo” in the subject line. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
7. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another prize for it, of equal or greater value.
8. In the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries.
9. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of mailing will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the Itaú Global Wallet.
10. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with the Miami Open. You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to the Miami Open, and that Miami Open has no liability for any element of this Promotion.
11. The Promoter together with Itaú, any associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
12. An entry must be made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means together with entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the rules of the Promotion, that participant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void.
13. Should an act, omission, event or circumstance occur which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms & Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
14. The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any entrant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if the Prize has been awarded.
15. In order to activate an Itaú Global Wallet Account, you must comply with its terms and conditions found at: www.itauglobalwallet.com/ .
16. Any and all personal data supplied for the running of this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose unless the participants’ positive consent has been obtained. Participants’ personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at: www.itauglobalwallet.com.
17. If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and affect the remainder of the provisions.
18. By entering this Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
19. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail.
20. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
